Well recently, we discovered an alternative which is just as tasty: a chocolate smoothie packed full of goodness – and it gets better… it’s dairy, gluten, sugar and guilt-free!

To make the smoothie, all you need is the following:

  • 2 dates
  • Half an avocado
  • 500ml almond milk
  • 3-4 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • A few drops of vanilla essence
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Simply whizz the whole lot together and you get the healthy equivalent of a chocolate milkshake – and it’s yummy!
